I am 36 years young, loves keeping fit and excellent shape. I have quite a lot of knowledge that I would like to pass on and share with others.

Introduction

I am Denis Webbe, ex military, 12 years working as a Close Protection Officer (Bodyguard), 9 of them being a CPO Instructor. I am a personal trainer having completed the course with Lifetime training.

I am working for myself at The Fitness Den based in Burnley, I cover many areas such as Accrington, Blackburn, Clitheroe and Burnley.

The Fitness Den provides the fitness training for Accrington Stanley ladies team and the reserves and also the under 13s.

We provide Bootcamp training, Circuit training, Strength, Endurance, Stamina, Core strength, Cardio Vascular training, Nutritional advice.

We provide personal one to one training, group sessions, or actual team events for other clubs, ie football clubs etc.....
